DELIVERY:

1. Standard Delivery - UK Mainland
Our standard delivery is charged at three different rates based on the total order value as follows:
(these delivery rates will be automatically selected by the computer depending on your total value of order)

Order value Up to £4.99   -   delivery £2.00
Order value £5.00 - £59.99   -   delivery £3.50
Order value Over £60.00   -   delivery Free

Providing items are in stock, orders are usually despatched within 24-48hrs.
Goods will be sent via Royal Mail taking approximately 2-5 working days.
Larger, heavier items will be sent via courier service taking 3-5 working days.
Please allow upto 7 working days during the busy periods e.g. Christmas.
If you require an item by a specific date e.g. birthday, please advise us when ordering,
by entering any instructions in the Checkout - Extra Information page under 'Special Instructions'.

2. Next Day Delivery
For UK mainland only and orders must be received before 12 midday.
This service applies to weekday despatches only, (no weekend delivery).
For Next Day delivery the cost is £8.50.

3. Collect from Showroom
If you live locally you can call in and collect your order. There is no charge for this option.
Your order will be ready to be collected after 1pm the next working day.
If you wish to collect earlier please make a note on the 'Special Instructions' page.

Outside the UK
For deliveries outside the UK please email us first with your order so that we can access your delivery cost,
we will then let you know this cost by return email and adjust the website to allow you to
select the appropriate delivery charge.

Care for the environment:
As you can imagine we take several deliveries each week and consequently accumulate a huge amount of packaging materials. Where possible we will re-use our cardboard boxes when supplying our customers and therefore contributing to the 'safe keeping' of our environment.

Product Safety:
Not all products are suitable for all ages. Please ensure you read all information supplied with each product. When you receive the goods look at all the information provided including labels, packaging. We advise you retain these for future reference.  We recommend that you examine any product you receive immediately for suitability. If you find these goods are unsuitable for any reason, products can be returned, see returns & refund policy for further details.
