| Ordering/PaymentLocating products:Products are split up into categories to help you find appropriate items quickly e.g Soft Toys & Dolls, Clothing, For the Home. Choose products via the left-hand menu bar to start browsing. The search facility also allows you to search for products by simply entering a keyword, e.g. if you type in 'keyring' it will return a list of products that match that keyword. You can also seach by price (highest to lowest) or vice versa and newest product. Once you have found your product, click on 'more info' for more details and a larger picture. From this detail page you can click on the picture to enlarge even further, you will also see links to similar products and accessories. Adding an item to your basket: When you have found an item you wish to order, select the quantity you require and click on 'Add to basket'. Items added to your basket will be on view in your 'Basket summary' on the right hand side of the screen. You can click on 'Basket' at the top of the screen to view more detail. You can edit the status of your basket by adjusting quantities, change to 0 if you wish to remove an item altogether, remember to click on 'Update' after any changes. When you are happy with your shopping basket click on 'Proceed to checkout'. If you have not already registered or logged in (see Customer Registration) the new screen will allow you to do so. Once you have registered/logged in, you will be taken to: Checkout - Delivery address - here you need to enter the DELIVERY address that you wish the parcel to be sent, click 'dispatch to this address'. This process then takes you to:- Checkout - Billing address - here you need to enter the BILLING address details. The billing address defaults to the address entered at the previous stage, however if you want to change this you can now create a new billing address, click on 'billing to this address'. The next stage is: Payments - Select which method you wish to use e.g. cheque or credit/debit card by clicking on 'select this payment'. You will then be taken to:- Checkout - Extra information - here you can type any extra information you wish us to receive. Click on 'continue with order' which takes you to: Checkout - Confirmation - here you can check and amend details and when you are happy click on 'place order'. If you choose to pay by credit/debit card you will be linked straight to the HSBC Secure epayments site (please note we do not store any credit card details on our site). If you are paying by cheque/P.O. you will be given an order number and details of where to send your payment. The following credit and debit cards are accepted for payment online: * Visa * Mastercard * Solo * Maestro * Visa Electron Credit/Debit Card If you have chosen to pay by credit/debit card you will be transferred straight to the HSBC Secure ePayments site. This means that you go direct to the HSBC secure pages, please note we do not hold any credit card details on our site. This is an extremely secure payment method, encrypted to the highest standard, which is managed by one of the largest banks in the world. Cheque If you selected cheque payment you will be given an order number, payee and address details. Please ensure that you put your order number on the back of the cheque before posting to us. When payment is made by cheque please allow an extra 5-6 working days for cheque clearance. |
