Payments

  • Payment by the Purchaser must be made once the required Product(s) have been selected and the delivery charge displayed together with any other extras selected (extras could include gift-wrapping, for example).
  • Payment can be made online via the HSBC Secure ePayment pages provided by HSBC Bank plc.  The Purchaser will be able to see a yellow padlock within the browser status bar indicating the online transaction is secure.
  • Payment can also be made by telephone or fax using a payment card if the Purchaser wishes.
  • Payments can be made by credit or debit card (for example VISA, MasterCard, Solo & Maestro).
  • The Purchasers credit or debit card company may carry out security checks to confirm the validity of the purchase.
  • All transaction documentation and invoices will be sent to the payment card billing address and not the delivery address if this is different.
  • If the Purchaser wishes to pay by cheque or postal order the Product(s) cannot be despatched until Jazza has cleared funds.  Cheques should be made payable to Jazza Gifts Ltd for the total value of the Product(s), delivery charges and any other extras selected including VAT.
