Price

• The price for the Product(s) is shown on www.jazzagifts.co.uk web site and includes the appropriate rate of VAT, which may vary depending on the type of Product(s) and current legislation.
• Jazza endeavours to make sure all prices are accurate. If an error in pricing of the Product(s) is discovered after taking an order for it/them, Jazza will inform the Purchaser as soon as possible using the contact details supplied.  The Purchaser will have the option to reconfirm the order at the correct price or cancel it.  In the event that the Purchaser cannot be contacted after a reasonable period, the order will be treated as cancelled and the Purchaser informed in writing of the cancellation. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the Product(s) will be refunded in full.
• The Purchaser will be notified of the delivery costs before submitting payment details.  Delivery costs can be found on www.jazzagifts.co.uk.
• Prices are quoted in UK pounds and the Purchaser must make payment in UK pounds.  Any refunds will be made in UK pounds.
